Christie shows off technology at G20
KITCHENER – Christie Digital’s
advanced projection technology will be on display at the G20 summit in
Toronto. It will be used in the Experience
Canada Pavilion, housed within the International Media Centre, to
promote Canada to the thousands of journalists at the summit. Seventy-five of Christie’s MicroTiles
modular displays will be configured into building shapes to create a
cityscape facade that will show images of Canada. The company’s
high-definition projectors will be used to show World Cup matches on
huge screens. Christie employs more than 520 people
at its plant on Wellington Street North.
